CB Engineers provided tenant improvement work for Amgen, Building 3.
The project consisted of a core shell upgrade of an existing cold shell building as well as full tenant improvement design of MEP systems for an 81,000 square foot square foot office facility on 3 stories.
The project also included support office spaces, a conference center for the South San Francisco campus and a kitchen and dining cafeteria for 350 employees.
