Located at 300 Berry Street, near AT&T Park in San Francisco, Arterra consists of a new construction a single 16 story high rise condominium residential tower and two mid-rise buildings over a podium, consisting of 275 living units located over an above grade 3 story mechanically ventilated garage for 226 cars. The project also contains a community spaces and a lobby area.

CB Engineers designed temporary construction and permanent electric power for this project as well as gas service, detailing accommodations while minimizing space requirements for transformer vault for the permanent electric service and designing and gaining approval of a gas route that was not initially approved by PG&E, saving the customer significant sums of monies in construction costs as well as minimizing space requirements within the building.
