Form and function blend seamlessly. CB Engineers created a fully automated, integrated control strategy for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing, lighting, life safety and security systems. This ultra large private beach residence is designed with a commercial air conditioning system created around dual central air-handling units and variable air volume system, water cooled chiller, on-site standby power and an integrated energy management system all designed for seamless integration into the structure. The waterfront portfolio also uses MEP systems that will survive corrosive marine conditions for the life of the home.
