Cagayan Electric Power and Light Company, Inc. (CEPALCO), is the 3rd largest electric distribution company in the Philippines, outside of Meralco. CB Engineers has been selected as MEP consultant for the new construction of CEPALCO’s Main Corporate Headquarters including a Canteen with a seating capacity of 30 to 50 people and a Security Office. This project is a new construction located at Barangay Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City in the Philippines. The lot project scope will be to create 86,100 sq. ft. and the Main Office will cover 52,900 sq. ft. over four (4) floors. This building will contain office space, conference rooms, an executive lounge, library, data center as well as circulation space and restrooms.
CB Engineers is providing building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems design services for the project through the conceptual and schematic design phase.
As the project sustainability consultant, CB Engineers will also provide a number of services to achieve the projects sustainable goals and document compliance with the United States Green Building Council, USGBC, Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, LEED, for new construction program.
