CB Engineers provided electrical and mechanical engineering services for development of a 20% schematic design for a design/build RFP for 240-units of residential single-family housing at Fort Wainwright. The project entailed incorporation of post-wide district heating system into the site design, and was compliant to the SPiRiT Silver award level.
