Medical/Dental Facility

Fort Lewis, Washington

CB Engineers provided electrical and mechanical engineering for development of a RFP for a new 42,194 sq. ft. Medical/Dental Clinic at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Jackson Avenue and Hillside Drive at Fort Lewis. The building will contain a 28,094 sq. ft. Medical Clinic on the first floor and a 14,100 sq. ft. Dental Clinic on the second floor.

CB Engineers participated in a 2-day planning charrette that was followed by development of a RFP closely coordinated with the Health Facilities Planning Agency of USACE Center of Medical Expertise. The ECC for this joint facility is $17.021million.
