This project consists of a remodel of an existing Campus Library of approximately 28,000 square foot area. The project focuses on the addition of air-conditioning to the existing building’s heating and ventilation system.
The project consists of 3 floors, a 11,000 sq. ft. 1st floor, and 11,000 sq. ft. 2nd floor and a 6,000 sq. ft. mezzanine 3rd floor.
