Our designs are critical to making hospitality facilities inviting and comfortable. Projects include day and resort destination spas, country clubs, “boutique” hotels and large national hotels.
Monterey, California
Three new luxury penthouse suites were added to the 5th floor of the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa. The 2,100 sq. ft. Presidential Suite features a private Jacuzzi tub overlooking all of Monterey Bay. The project also included the 1,700 sq. ft., two-room Grand Bay suite and the 1,500 sq. ft. Cannery Row suite, with two oversized bathrooms. In addition, a new spa was added on top of the existing roof. The MEP systems were designed to allow construction phasing and operation of the hotel rooms below while construction of the spa took place.
