One Rincon Hill is a residential condominium development consisting of approximately 368 units. The project will include a mix of town homes, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. The project will include outdoor landscaped areas, recreation deck, pool, spa/ fitness facility and a clubhouse for resident use. There will be a below-grade parking structure. The project includes a 55-story tower, a 40-story tower, and podium town-homes building. The entire project is classified as a high-rise life safety building.
CB Engineers developed a composite trench design, incorporating all dry utilities to include telephone, electric, gas, and CATV, coordinating with the respective utilities, landscape and civil engineers and general contractor.
CBE Utilities was called into providing these services after the building was well into construction and called upon to not only perform the design work in the streets, but to facilitate the energizing of the building in timely manner, demonstrating the understanding of both the project needs and utilities requirements while being totally mindful of construction and energizing schedules to help successfully meet the Temporary Conditional Occupancy and Commissioning dates requirements.
