Britannia Technology Center – Oyster Point

In the self proclaimed “birthplace of bio-tech,” we collaborated on the design of an incubator laboratory ideal for small and start-up bio-tech firms. This project is the first of sequential phases of design and construction of speculative lab buildings designed to attract smaller bio-tech firms hoping to grow and prosper, capitalizing on the large pool of scientific and academic talent and bio-tech industry in the immediate area. The design included both cold- and warm-shell MEP systems for tenant flexibility, modular growth and expansion, with critical power redundancy.
