Tambov, Russia
The Renaissance Mixed Use Community proposed a 1,000-unit project consisting of 5 buildings (3, 5, 6, 12, 22 stories respectively) with an underground parking level. The ground level houses office and retail uses. Included in the proposed master plan are shared common areas, community pavilion, lake, and tennis courts.
