Salinas, CA
The project is an aquatic center serving the City of Salinas. It covers approximately 15,000 sq. ft. in a single story structure which houses the main natatorium, entry lobby, offices locker rooms, and ancillary utility spaces such as pool equipment rooms, storage rooms, and electrical and mechanical rooms.
The project will seek certification under the United States Green Building Council, USGBC, Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, LEED NC program version 2.2 for new construction. The building seeks to attain a LEED rating of “Certified”.
