Texas Instruments - Phase V consists of a new 5-level production facility. The space covers five floors, including a main lobby entry space on the first level, restrooms, lobbies on the lower levels and the main production areas. Mechanical space housing compressors and chillers are located on the fourth basement level.
CB Engineers will perform extensive energy modeling and analysis to support the project team in its decision making regarding which energy efficiency measures shall be included in the project.
