CB Engineers provided tenant improvement work for various corporate GAP office buildings.

Of these various buildings, CB Engineers provided interior improvements for the 15 story, 540,000 square foot GAP headquarters office building. The build-out included 254,000 square feet of general office space. There was a small data center, conference/training facility on the 1st floor, dining/food service facility on the 7th floor, fitness center, and 16,000 square feet of executive offices.

As a sustainably designed project, all the MEP systems were designed with energy conservation and flexibility in mind.
