Timothy Reynolds, P.E., LEED ™AP

Mechanical Engineer

Mr. Reynolds joined the firm in December 2007. He began his career in the HVAC industry by completing a two-year program in Heating & Refrigeration followed by 15 years performing design, service and installation of refrigeration, air conditioning, controls, and heating systems. Since graduating from Montana State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Reynolds has worked as a consulting engineer for the past 14 years. His experience includes medical facilities, universities and colleges, museums, historical buildings, single-family and high-rise residential, mixed used, military, retail and office buildings.

Mr. Reynolds is responsible for CB Engineers sustainable design initiatives and brings a sincere passion for the integration of sustainability into project design as well as the daily operations of the firm. He is Director of the CB Engineers Bellevue office.

• Registered Mechanical Engineer in Washington and Oregon.
