UC Davis – Tercero Dining Commons (Renovation & Expansion)

UC Davis Tercero Dining Commons consists of the renovation of the existing 38,500 sq. ft. two story dining commons building and the 25,680 sq. ft., two story additions at the Tercero District of the University of California Davis campus. The existing and new building were reconfigured to provide food service, student services, student recreation, and building support and maintenance.
